- Quoted prices are valid for this proposal only. Design modifications may lead to price adjustments. It may also vary based upon actual site measurements.

Price Promise:
- The above quote is an estimate based on current design and sizes.
- They are liable to change till the sign off/ production stage depending on the actual measurements at site and/or design and finishes selected, increase/decrease in scope of work, and/or changes made by you or as per your instructions.
- Quotations/Estimates are valid for 14 days from the date of issue. 
- Electrical work estimates are not included by-default and shall be calculated based upon final designs during design discussions.

Copyrights:
- Designs shared with the client at any stage are the exclusive copyright of Wallstohome Interiors. The designs are shared with the intent that the order for the same is placed and executed by Wallstohome Interiors. Any designs shared by Wallstohome Interiors cannot be used, installed and/ or shared in any way or form without prior and written consent of Wallstohome Interiors.

Timelines:
- When we commit to complete your project in 30/45/60/90 Working days based upon scope of work, it is the time period for executing the project after Design Sign-off. • The starting date is the date from when Payment 4 as per the estimate is realized by the accounts team and signoff document is approved over email. • A grace period of 14 working days to be considered for events which are beyond our control. • No other compensation will be provided for besides the delay compensation that is stated above.
- Handover timelines are tightly coupled with payments realized on time. 
- For finishes other than laminates, standard execution and handover timelines shall not follow.
For example : Membrane finish shall have lead time of 14-21 days extra. PU finish shall have lead time of 35 days extra.
- WallsToHome will take up a NR(New Request)& COR(Change of Requirement) post design freeze, provided the customer and Company agreed on any difference in timelines/ new timelines and also the per Unit. In these circumstances the NR/COR will be charged on Prorated basis.

Discounts and Payments:
- Some banks do apply 2-5% bank surcharge on Debit/Credit card transactions, please check with your bank before making the payments to us. These transaction FEES shall be borne by customer.
- Discount % offered is subjected to Invoice Total value. If the scope is reduced during designing phase as during the booking stage than WallsToHome reserves the rights to decide new discounts %.
- Payment receipts shall be shared within one working day of transaction screenshot shared with us and payment is settled to WallsToHome account.
- Sink, Gas hob, Chimney, Fridge, TV , Taps, Basin , lights, painting etc anything not mentioned in the estimate is not included as default unless mentioned in the estimate. We encourage customers to have detailed understanding of the estimate before signing up.

Designing phase:
- A detailed signoff document shall be shared for email approvals which contains all the scope of work in detail having every minor detail captured  post designs are frozen.
- Electrical work estimates are not included by-default and shall be calculated based upon final designs during design discussions.
- Designing phase of the project shall complete post email sign-off of the Project Scope Signoff document. Customer are free to discuss any changes  till this point. Customers are also encouraged to develop the complete understanding of designs so that any friction during execution stage can be avoided.
- Finish and material selections must be done from the Wallstohome Interiors approved catalogue only. - This document shall act as the baseline for all the production and handover activities at the mentioned site between customer and Wallstohome. 
- No design changes are possible after project scope email signoff. After project email signoff and required payments, the project shall be moved to PRODUCTION.
-Decoration Items/Electrical lights shown in the Design are only for exclusive Presentation of the Room and it is not included in the Contract unless the value of the Product is mentioned in the Quotation. 

Warranty:
 - All the modular work is covered under 10 years of warranty.
- A system generated detailed warranty document shall be shared after final payments to the registered email id. 
- Warranty is applicable only if all the payments are 100% settled.
- The warranty is not absolute and is applicable only on the modular wood work.
- Warranty would not be applicable on items procured/ purchased by customer/ 3rd party vendors but installed by WallsToHome Interiors.

Generic:
- Electrical Appliances are not included in the estimation.
- Any materials under customer procurements like tiles, chimney, lights etc must be delivered at the site. We shall not be able to assist on unloading services as these are expensive items. It must be thoroughly checked by the customer to ensure the product is as per expectation. Any damages, wrong product etc shall be the co-ordination between customer and the supplier.
- WallsToHome Interiors reserves the rights to click the pictures and capture the videos of the site and use them for commercial purposes.
- Extra timelines may be required if work got delayed due to any unavoidable circumstances like unavailability of selected materials, out of stock , bandhs, floods, power problems , permission on special days ,lockdowns, builder issues etc.

Materials 
- Edge banding used shall be 70% close enough of the laminates used. It would not be of same color.
- High gloss laminate finish can have reflection waves. It is the material property and does not depict material quality in anyways.
- Default plywood brand is NeemPly until specified differently.
- We do have options to upgrade for GreenPly and CenturyPly. Please discuss with your designer. 
- CenturyPly Sainik and GreenPly Ecotec shall be used as upgrades.
- The ply used for the Kitchen, Utility and Vanity base unit carcass is BWP 710 Grade.
- The ply used for other carcass is MR 303 Grade.
- All hinges and channels are softclose from EBCO by default until specified differently. 
- External finish for laminates considers a price up to Rs.1500/- per sheet which includes Century Lam / Green Lam / Virgo Lam / Merino Lam and finish wise Glossy/Matt/Wooden are included.
- Any hardware which is not mentioned in the item description shall be charged separately.
- Locks will be from Godrej or Ebco subject to availability.
- Warping and cupping in plywood/ board/HDHMR etc core materials is caused by a combination of moisture and heat. It does not depict material strength in anyways.
- False ceiling POP-Gypsum board will be from Saint Gobain and ultra-channels, Measurements taken on RFT (running square feet) basis.
- No electrical work included under Pop/Gypsum Ceiling pricing. 
- We have a wide catalog handles in house. Any Customized handles or handles of higher value than the inclusive price change will be charged extra on basis of requirement , size, quantity ,time. No warranty or cost adjustments shall be done for customer procured handles.
- Any new works or deviation from the quotation like sizes and materials used will be charged as per the Unit Value and will be included in this project cost.
- We recommend customers to go for one coat of painting post Interiors work.
- Inner colored laminate apart from what is inclusive will be charged extra. Please discuss with your designer.
- Procurement and installation of designer lights is not included. We recommend customers to get the designer lights installation done by the supplier.
- For wardrobes, standard internal layouts are provided. Further customization like addition of drawers shall be charged extra.
- For False ceiling work, electrical and painting work shall be scoped separately, It is not included by default.

Value Added Services 
- Deep cleaning of the house is not included by default until billed in the estimate separately. By default cleaning means the modular units cleaning inside and outside.
- We use plysheet on the floor before doing any cutting at the site. Floor covering sheets (if asked by customer) for the property will incur an additional charge of 8 rs./sft + GST . It must be ordered prior to the commencement of production work.
- During installation, internal wall damages may occur. customers are requested to plan one coat of painting post the interiors work is completed.
- Our Operations team follow the timelines of 10AM to 6PM (Monday to Saturday) except the holidays. - Masking of the units after work completion is not included by default. It shall be charged as add-on service upon request from customer.

Quality Assurance 
- Please note that Wallstohome Interiors services results in custom-made products that are installed at your site and not bought off-the shelf and/ or are not standard products. Despite our best efforts & precautions, errors such as differences in material deliveries, site works, installer errors, vendor errors, etc. can happen.
- These mistakes that can happen during the course of site work, dispatch and/ or installation are rare but possible, but we assure you of Wallstohome Interiors commitment to deliver the product as per our policy and we undertake to fix such errors at the earliest possible time.

Execution Phase 
- Electrical and plumbing work wall cutting shall be done using cutting and chipping machines or as per the tools required.
- Wall Cutting and chipping filling shall be done via POP. 
- CounterTop installation does not include Sink, tap procurements/installation or any other services. It shall be charged separately.
- Our approach is Semi Modular where Inner lamination are pressed and cutting done at the factory and is delivered at the site. After assembling the units at the site,  side/top/bottom panel lamination shall happen at site according to wall conditions with any customization required.
- Shutters measurements shall be taken and then factory finished fully ready to install shutters shall be delivered to site. Any customization on the shutters like T-patti, multi color shutters etc to happen at site. - Any paneling/partition etc work shall happen 100% on site. 
- Sample making shall be charged at basic cost.
- Customer shall help us with a designated area within the compound for debris. We shall carry the debris generated by us at the final stage of  work completion outside the campus.
